Vince Stevenson established the company in 1990 during the last recession. Vince spotted a gap in the market of freelance services working in the fields of Quality and Change Management.

From there is was a straight forward move into training, initially working on small projects and the rollout of bespoke systems with companies like Chase Manhattan, JP Morgan, Flemings, Barclays and LIFFE.

Vince is not just your every day style trainer. He is a professional speaker and works up and down the UK delivering key note speeches about the future of IT.
